What's real in a movie documentary may be unreal for a minor actress and comedienne, but she embarks on a spiritual journey about love. The magic of love seems to elude Charlyne Yi (Charlyne Yi) and she imposes on her friend and director Jake M. Johnson (Nicholas Jasenovec) to travel with her to try to document what love is and who finds it. Of course, she promptly meets Michael Cera (Michael Cera) at a party and falls immediately in love, ending her conundrum, but not her documentary study. She continues to interview ordinary people from all walks of live and around the country to learn what they think love could be. Life imitates art as all the people in the documentary are real, as are Charlyne and Michael. She interviews actor Seth Rogen (Seth Rogen) and comic Demetri Martin (Demetri Martin) among other experts.
