Simon (Devon Bostick) writes a story for a class assignment, telling the story of an attempted bombing by a man by putting the explosives in the luggage of his pregnant wife. When encouraged to take the story further, Simon re-writes the story as if he was the child in the woman's womb. As the story of Simon's suicide bomber father begin to spread, he is faced with a variety of responses from people all over the world. As the story spreads, many people begin to wonder about the story, and they dig deeper to find out if there is any truth to this terrible story.
