Chester Lee (Rodney Dangerfield) is a middle of the line worker in a corporation where he wants to get ahead. In a meeting where he is trying to impress his boss, he gets roped into agreeing to coach the boss’ daughter’s soccer team. The only problem is that Chester has never coached soccer and the team is really bad to begin with. Chester then get’s his fiancée’s son Matthew (Jonathan Brandis) to dress up like a girl and pretend to be a member of the team in order for the team to score some goals. The deception works for awhile and brings everyone’s spirits up but soon everyone finds themselves in some sticky water for all the lying.
