In 1978 five young friends; Lenny (Adam Sandler), Eric (Kevin James), Kurt (Chris Rock), Marcus (David Spade), and Rob (Rob Schneider) brought their basketball team to a championship victory. Thirty years later, the friends reunite to mourn the death of their former basketball coach. After the funeral, the friends, their wives and their children all spend a weekend together at the lake. As they reconnect, old rivalries are revealed. Dickie (Colin Quinn) is still angry that his team did not win the 1978 championship. He takes every opportunity to challenge Lenny and friends to new competitions at the local water park and again on the basketball court. |
