The Life Before Her Eyes Diana McFee (Uma Thurman) is a troubled woman who lives with a terrible secret; nearly two decades ago she survived a horrific school shooting that claimed the life of many of her friends and classmates. This incident also has destroyed her relationship with her best friend Maureen (Eva Amurri) and her family who threatens to leave her if she cannot put the event behind her once and for all. As the anniversary of the event approaches, Diana slips more and more into a state of depression, she also begins to recall the events of the fateful day and to question some of its mysterious happenings.
